Legal Support and Protection
Each transaction includes Private Lender's Title Insurance, securing the investor's position as mortgagee and protecting their rights to the property.
For construction projects, we add Builder's Risk Insurance, a specialized policy that protects the construction, materials, and structure throughout the entire construction process.
Furthermore, investor funds are never deposited directly into our accounts.
All capital is sent to an escrow account managed by attorneys.
Only when the private mortgage is registered and the collateral is formally established is disbursement authorized for the project.
